Reservations

Searching our offer on web-site, you can for every offered service click on button «INFO & BOOKING», then with necessary personal details fill the specified fomular. Afterwards we will check if it is possible to reserve requested service and confirm to you all inclusive price and the deposit amount. If the price and reservation terms suits you we'll send you with e-mail or fax the money order for paying the deposit or entire arrangement. After your confirmation to reserve the accommodation, the deposit must be paid within 72 hours (reservations till 30. April), 48 hours (reservations from 30. April to the end of August) and 24 hours for reservations within 14 days before arrival. After the deposit amount you should contact us as soon as possible with e-mail or fax (+385 52 393 001). Then you will receive voucher that consists arrangement details (info about host, guest, arrival and departure date as well as the other services the guest has paid).
*for arrangements less then 4 days price is higher 30% from the basic price (it doesn't include residence tax)

Payment can be made in several ways:

1. cash payment in our office at address Banjole, Kamik 6, 52 100 Pula, Croatia

2. payment to agency's giro account:
In order to make an correct payment to our giro account you need this details:
- customer: first name and last name of reservation holder with address
- payment details: reservation of «accomodation» -reservation number
- beneficiary: INTEXO d.o.o. – Kamiktours, Banjole, Kamik 6, 52 100 Pula
 - giro account: 2484008-1102332054 -Raiffeisenbank Austria d.d., 10000 Zagreb, Croatia

3. payment by money order on agency's bank account:
In order to make na correct payment to our bank account you need this details:
- customer: first name and last name of reservation holder with address
- beneficiary: INTEXO d.o.o. – Kamiktours, Banjole, Kamik 6, 52 100 Pula
- bank: Raiffeisenbank Austria d.d., 10000 Zagreb, Croatia
- account number: 118-7001-678891/ Swift: RZBHHR2X
- payment details: reservation of «accommodation» -reservation number

* expenses of the payment divide guest and the agency, guest covers the costs of the bank sender while the agency covers the costs of the bank receiver.
